the chcken wing was nice…shorten your swing and begin working on your positions half way back, top of swing and downswing. Remember, this game is about consistancy and knowing where you tend to miss your shots. Keep at it
Hi, Peter Kostis and with help of the Konica Minolta Bizhub Swing Vision camera we see that this golfer shifts his weight far too much to the right foot on his takeaway. Next we’ll notice he goes way past parallel which is good for distance but watch what happens on the downswing. He loses all of this power by breaking his wrists a yard before impact causing his arms to be straight all the way through. Nice shoulder turn but I’m guessing this drive went 220 max. Back to you Jim.
You need to learn how to hit HOOKS sir! I shit you not. First step is taking it back with a more closed clubface. Arched left wrist. If it feels weird you may need to weaken your grip. (wrists vertical i.e. “2 thumbs up”) Learn to hit mashed hooks with a nice divot and you’ll be doing the opposite of what you are now. Then you’ll be ready for real improvement. Slice it, hook it, fade it, customize. It’s a very common progression sir. (though not common enough and not taught enough unfortunately)
You stayed motionless in your address position so long that I was beginning to think that I had a video of a statue. Setup and takeaway looks good, but backswing then moves much to inside and way past parallel. You are losing your wrist angle on the downswing probably because your shoulders are starting back with your hips. Hip position and wrists look great through impact, so I’m guessing that this shot turned out pretty good.
wow, that’s a huge over-rotation. Not saying it’s bad, as long as you’re hitting well, but it’s generally discouraged. Probably want to trim the beginning of the clip off for viewing pleasure also. Cool camera though!
Great slow motion cam but bad swing.

Take 2 weeks off and then quit! (You may not want to wait 2 weeks!!!)
